We want to help develop the next generation of political, business, community, and family leaders in Romania.
Our program philosophy is designed to engage all facets of your being to develop you into a becoming an effective leader.
KNOWING
We offer courses that teach proven leadership principles through analytical discussion and class participation.

DOING
A leader that doesnt "do" anything isn't much of a leader. Therefore, we organize volunteer service projects that allow you to gain experience at being a servant-leader.

BEING
We help you "be" a leader by encouraging a community of friendships based on positive character. This community is even an international one! TCLD enjoys the privilege of hosting college students from the United States that come to teach English as a Second Language and learn about contemporary Romanian culture and history.
